Most employers don’t think they can be intentional with their healthcare budget…. Set the parameters and make sure it is measured as you measure everything else in your business.
What happens if you are intentional with your healthcare budget:
Better budgeting predictability, better access to care for employees and lower out of pocket costs.
I imagine that budgeting predictability – eliminate the excess and flatten the trend line – would allow you to grow your business in other ways.
